Greetings, our dear community members! Some time ago we offered you a new format of Prosper team interacting with all the people who had questions about the future of the project and how it is going to be developed. Plenty of questions were sent in our special Google Form, and at first we were thinking of organising an AMA in our chat, but then we have decided to step away a bit from the initial format. Based on all the questions that we have gathered, we took ten best ones and gave answers to them. We will see if you like this format more, than traditional AMA one, and if so, we will continue to do this format on a regular basis. So if you have any opinions on that, feel free to give them in our official chat, and now let us go straight to top-ten questions!
1. The way I see it, the team needs to bolt some sort of play-to-earn mechanism to the platform. No, let it not be mining in its pure form — with large rewards, let them be symbolic, purely to attract people and create volume. Of course, large volumes of rewards cause a dump of the course, so again, they must be balanced. This solution should again be tied to the previously positive experience in holding PROS tokens, the more/longer you hold, the higher volume of rewards you get. This would certainly popularize the platform, allowing it to be stress tested. In addition it would be cool to give out awards not only in PROS tokens and tokens of other projects, because for them it is also marketing — if a lot of people will constantly monitor their rate, make bets and tell each other about the project, tokens of which they farm. In general, we need a balanced motivation to use the platform, because the platform is too early to enter the real world, and crypto-traders without bets play at the rate.

To speak about features that can match what you were saying in the first part of your question, right now a referral program is being developed for all Prosper users. It is 100 percent sure that we will introduce some bonuses for our token holders. This will also help us to attract new users to the platform at the same time.
We agree, you critics surely have a point. But at this time we are concentrating on finalizing the basic platforms functions in order to reach stability and get rid of bugs. After that we plan to introduce new features that will help in stimulating users to place predictions and also will give some marketing effect, dragging additional attention to the project.
2. How to get more people to join the pool? What workarounds did the team have after Doge pools were launched but it doesn’t seem to have been successful. Volume is almost nonexistent and if there is no volume, players will get nothing even if their prediction is correct. Even losing blockchain fees to claim back the money they bet

Right now Prosper marketing department is already in touch with different platforms where we can do some advertisements (several YouTube channels, for example) in order to help new users to know about the utility our product can offer them. As for Doge, yes, you are right, it did not give us the volumes we expected, but that is why we made a post a while ago about what tokens our community is interested to place predictions on. The launch of new pools is being discussed at the moment, so stay tuned for official announcements.
3. When the phone app is made, will there be a promotional campaign for people not in crypto to make the prediction?

It is a bit more complicated to launch mobile apps, since it is not easy to get into AppStore, but an app for Android can be released already this year (right now we have been doing some research on that, but it looks pretty real that we can match this deadline). And of course such a huge step forward will deserve a separate promotional campaign, but again — product first, then advertisement.
4. Hello! How would The whole Prometeus ecosystem (prom, pros, ignite and stoa) be integrated into the Prosper prediction platform and what would be the utility of $PROS token for the holders?

At this point Prosper is not integrated into the ecosystem, since the whole ecosystem concept is being constantly developed at the moment. Plus we need to reach stability in terms of glitches and bugs on the platform, so for now it is just one of the Prometeus Labs projects. And as for our token utility: they will be used as additional rewards in our upcoming referral program, also they will be used for bet security, which will be possible only if the user holds $PROS. Plus we are developing another product inside Prosper platform, which will be totally bound to our token.
5. When will the mobile version be supported? A lot of players are using phones and don’t have PCs or laptops. We are “losing” quite a lot of players.

This time as we release this article, developers are working on an adaptive release of the platform, so users will be able to place bets from their mobile devices. And as for the timeline: there is no particular one, but guess around the beginning or mid-autumn maximum we will be able to release that update.
6. In prediction platforms, what users fear most is the price manipulation issuer. So in Prosper, is this possible? If not, what advantage will prove that Prosper is transparent?

There is always risk of some manipulations, since the crypto market is relatively small, at this time having huge volatility. If we assume that we have some big players that manipulate the market, we can`t fight it. To speak of such on one particular exchange, in order to avoid that we use price feeds like Chainlink that take price on token from several large exchanges.
7. Will there be a new staking campaign by the end of the year (2021)?

We do not plan to run staking campaigns in 2021, but we are already thinking of such options in 2022.
8. At the first time you were attracting users from crypto, so using your platform was easy for them. How do you plan to solve this problem for users who have never used crypto before?

Yes, that is how it was back there. Generally speaking, conversion of users who made their first prediction was pretty high. As for now, we are doing research on how we can make the entry threshold for Prosper as small as possible. Important step in that direction would be fiat integration (so we will give users to buy $PROS tokens straight from our platform). Thus to make his first prediction, it will be enough for him just to visit Prosper site (he won’t need accounts on exchanges etc).
9. When are you going to integrate a Trust wallet?

At this very point it is one of our top priorities, but this can`t be accomplished without gathering additional feedback from the community: which wallets would people like to use with our platform? As soon as we will do it, we will be at the final stage of our Trust wallet integration, most likely this will happen before the end of the year.
10. You have been working on Prosper for a while already. How the processes have changed inside the development team? Looks like it slowed down, would like to hear your comments on that.

It is pretty evident that we do not have organised processes when we started. We were just chasing the deadlines to make a new release as soon as possible, and it created us a lot of problems. Part of them was witnessed by the users (creating of new pools stopped etc), there were UI bugs that we have to fix basically online. As for now, we can not afford such things to happen, that is why processes you were speaking about have changed: we started new inside test infrastructure and QA department (starting the auto tests for example), also as you might know, after we located the most bugged parts of the code, we rewrote the Prosper completely in order not to drag the bunch of quick-produced hotfixes, that we had to make at the first stage of project`s development. Right now we are on the stage when the team has got more or less used to the processes, and we are to start moving a bit quicker, to bring more good news to the users.
